Do you ship internationally?

Yes! International shipping is done via USPS Postal Service. With the exception of Europe/UK due to recent laws, we will be unable to ship to those countries. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Fulfillment time may vary depending on the volume of orders placed throughout the week. You can expect your order to be fulfilled within 7 to 10 days. We are a one man team and all orders are personally packaged by hand!

Domestic (USA): 2-15 business days

International: One week - 3 months+

How long will it take for restock?

For small items such as key chains and stickers, it will be anywhere from 4-5 weeks! Other items such as prints, buttons, etc will take 5-8 days!

**STICKERS**

Are these waterproof/weatherproof?

They are water resistant! With the exception of the holographic/prism stickers, these are better suited for indoor/personal use! Things such as laptops, phone cases, notebooks, tumblers etc! We currently make stickers in house and will be switching over to a manufacturer soon!

Do you offer custom stickers or wholesale?

We do not offer either services.

My order arrived damaged?

If this happens, please take a video of your package, as well as the items inside. If the contents are damaged, send the video, along with multiple photos of the damage to charmii.art@gmail.com. Once orders are shipped, full refunds are no longer possible! We will do our best to accommodate you.

My order is lost?

Unfortunately, We have no control once your order has been shipped nor are we responsible for delays/lost items! If you haven't purchased a shipping upgrade to track your package, we will be unable to help you to resolve this issue.
